EDIT: If you are trying to edit videos, like montages or machinimas, with the PVT, and you have a windows computer, you are going to need Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere. The PVT outputs in MPEG4/Quicktime format, so it cannot be edited in Windows Movie Maker or played in Windows Media Player. If you just want to play the video and not edit it, you can download Quicktime for free from Apple.com. Also, I've heard of ways to convert MPEG4s to WMVs.
